Doors open 7.20pm for registration, please arrive promptly on first week of course.
Starts @ 7.30pm til 8.20pm Practise time 8.20pm til 8.30pm.
After the class you are very welcome to stay around and watch the next classes and have a drink at the bar. Club dancing starts at 9.45pm til 11.15pm so you can have extra practise.
This is a very friendly and fun dance class, no dance experience is necessary.

What you will Learn
The fundamentals and basic techiques of Salsa Dancing ie: Basic Footwork, Salsa Rythmn, Timing, Posture, Leading, Following, correct hold. Its vrery important to grasp the basics of Salsa and understand the timing etc. We will teach you all of this in the 4 week course. You will be in great hands as the beginners teacher has been dancing Salsa for 14 years and teaching for 10 years, also is U.K.A Qualified.
Basic Mambo Forward and Back, Rhumba (Side to Side) Open out to side, Cross Body Leads, Basic Single Turns.
All of the above are the foundations of Salsa Dancing and will be built upon as you move up the classes.

We will be monitoring the numbers of men and ladies for the course in order to keep the ratio even.
After the 4 weeks you can either move up to the improvers or repeat the beginners course again.
